Enjoyed our Stay
5/5 First, let me start by expressing my gratitude to Vern. He is truly a top-notch host. I had one request and one minor issue during my stay and he was on top of both of them. He’s hands down the best host I’ve had through several VRBO stays.
The only slight negative was the comfort of the bed and pillows for the main bedroom. It wasn’t bad, but it was only average while the rest of the home exceeded my expectations.
Thanks again, Vern. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great House and Pool
5/5 We had two couples staying and it was easy to live together and get privacy. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. The pool and outdoor living was wonderful. Evolve was also fantastic to work with.

Comfortable and well eqipped
5/5 The hosts were very responsive. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and tableware. Even got to see a burrowing owl on our walks around the neighborhood.
