Cape Coral home
4/5 Check in was easy. Communication with property manager was great. We had a couple of issues and she took care of them quickly. House was a bit older but clean. Glass doors need new rollers as they were hard to open. Home was supposed to have Xfinity for tvs but it wasn’t working. No tvs in bedrooms. Location was good. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Spacious But Modest
3/5 Spacious, good location, clean and responsive hosts, but lacks simple conveniences. Rental has most basic needs covered, but not much more. For example, the unit is advertised for 6 people, but only 5 outside chairs. There are plenty of very small and scratchy bath towels but only has 5 beach towels. Property includes a lovely pool, but it is not heated, which is not stated in the advertisement. Shampoo or conditioner are not included, and did not have dishwasher detergent, but did have minimal dish soap. Overall, we would not stay here again.

- As we value guest satisfaction, we are currently discussing these concerns with our property manager. We aim for transparency and our listing and amenities we offer are accurately advertised. We don't advertise shampoo/conditioner for guest use, and although we do have a pool, it is not heated and we don't state that it is on the listing. In addition, we do have dishwasher pods, not detergent, and they are provided under the kitchen sink.
- While we understand the importance of meeting expectations, our listing accurately reflects the amenities offered. We appreciate your feedback and hope future guests carefully review listings to ensure alignment with their preferences.
