  This home was just lovely. We slept 5 kids and 2 adults comfortably. The house was well stocked, plenty of towels, cleaning supplies and kitchen supplies (seasonings, oils, coffee filters etc…) only complaint was lack of steak knives as we did have a steak dinner and had some trouble there. Would recommend supplying those. The pool is perfect for kids to play and very clean. Nice BBQ with propane ready. Lights and things well labeled and good instructions so we never felt lost. Rolling cooler for the beach was so handy! Only issue there was only one beach chair. Would recommend getting one more so that 2 adults can sit. Thank you so much for a great stay! We will certainly consider renting again if we comeback to the Cape!

• Great central Cape Coral house

  (6 adults/5 nights) This house was in a nice neighborhood and centrally located for great access to all of Cape Coral’s amenities. For the price point improvements could be made. Beds were comfortable and living space was acceptable. Oven did not work, only 1 roll of TP in each bathroom, bathroom towels were very old and small, house and patio cleanliness 3 out of 5, pool was very clean though, only 1 leaking Tide pod left out for use. Owner did respond quickly when we had questions about the thermostat and sheets (beds were assembled with the flat sheets under the fitted sheets on the beds?) We use vacation rentals often so for the price point I wasn’t expecting 5 stars but if a few small improvements were made this house has the potential to be much more comfortable. I also know that the vacation rental market in Cape Coral is challenging to turn a profit at this time and don’t want to be hard on them but a few small improvements could make a big difference.

  Property was so dirty the owners came to the property while I was still there even after I asked them to wait I was told they wouldn't bother us and come on thr property in fact fhey did come into the property twice after I specifically asked them reschedule to come look at there boat which was not being used it was a complete invasion of privacy owner was also not concerned about the property being DIRTY even though I contacted them as soon as i gained the residence with photos of the DIRTY house the washer wouldn't work the oven didn't work and they did nothing to try to make ut right would NEVER rent from them again

  Owner's response: "Lea, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip.
  - We take cleanliness very seriously and our cleaners do a very good job. The items you brought up were explained, we do leave food in the fridge but happened to have a case of beet and a box of good eggs and we advised they were there if you wanted to use them.
  - The washer works fine, for some reason it was set to the child lock mode but the cleaners were able to wash all the linens and towels once this was changed.
  - We have not had any issues with the oven it has been working fine.
  - The privacy of our guests is very important and normally we would not invade your privacy but this was one situation and we tried not to bother you. We had a mobile boat mechanic out which is extremely hard to get scheduled and while there used the side of the house to get to the dock without going into the house. It was complicated and we needed to get into the garage so we asked if it was ok to get what we needed and your male guest said it was ok. We got everything taken care of and we left. We did not even pay attention to you or your guest but are sorry for the inconvenience.
  
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

  It was a wonderful vacation, the house had all the conditions, it was very comfortable, there was good communication with the host. The place is incredible. I recommend it 100%
