  We totally enjoyed our stay! This house is in a nice neighborhood and convenient location. The beds were very comfortable and the house was really clean!

• Fun Getaway!

  We had a ball!

  - The house was CLEAN!

  - The location was great, easy to find, convenient to stores, restaurants, etc.

  - The contact was very responsive.

  And we had great weather while the Arctic blast pummeled the Midwest.

• Enjoyable Stay

  Our family enjoyed our stay at Villa Sol Mate. The home was clean and we'll appointed. Things that we needed were available in the kitchen. Plenty of towels. Nice washer & dryer.

  We enjoyed the lanai and pool. Was also fun seeing the Peacock Bass, Mayan Cichlid, Gar, turtles and duck in the canal.

  Sylvia was wonderful to work with! Very friendly and always responded quickly to my requests.

  Beds were comfortable but other furniture could have been more so.

  This was our first time working with Evolve. I would use this company again. We would also rent this home again.

  We enjoyed our stay at 'Villa Sol Mate.' The pictures represent it well. Location was very close to Publix and Target for groceries and other needed items. Need to furnish your own toiletries (we usually bring our own anyway) though still needed to pick up additional liquid hand soaps for the baths and laundry detergent. A hairdryer is furnished which was convenient. House was very clean & nicely furnished. The reason we did not rate this higher was the dirty pool (even though note states pool is cleaned weekly). The bottom and sides of the pool were scummy (not just items floating in the pool which we would have cleaned). We did not use the pool at all which was unfortunate since we preferred this feature (and paid to have heated). Overall, nice house and nice stay just wish we could have utilized the pool.

We work with a professional cleaning company that generally cleans the home between each guest and due to the extremely bad weather and the hurricane, the pool area was missed. Rest assured we will take immediate action to resurface the pool so the home is fully prepared when our guests arrive.   It is a very comfortable home with all the amenities. Very quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants, grocery etc. it is very clean and organized which is very important to me.
