  Great property. Comfortable beds. Pool was wonderful. House was clean and nicely decorated. Property manager was available and answered questions immediately. Maintenance man was fast, efficient, and a wonderful person. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

• Cape Coral vacation

  The home we rented was very nice and clean. The pool was nice and the price was very reasonable for the amount of time that we spent there. It Had all the amenities that we needed for our vacation. The one thing I will say is the home that we actually stayed in was not the same as the one that was pictured in the listing. It’s still had the same accommodations, three bedrooms, three baths and the pool.

  We would stay again in this home. The property management team was also very quick to respond.

The home you stayed in is indeed the same one pictured in the listing, although there have been a few minor updates since the photos were taken. Specifically, the outdoor cushions were replaced with light grey ones after Hurricane Ian, and the TV console in the living room has also been updated.

• Beautiful home with a little downside on privacy

  Such an immaculate house , very clean, beautiful furniture. Beds are all comfy. Bathrooms and tubs like new. My family and I loved the house but my only issue was that the lack of shade for privacy from the entrance and the sliding doors facing other houses across the small lake. At first when we saw that the drapes in the living rooms were only for decoration and we couldn’t pull them over the whole sliding door, we assumed that maybe there s a shade over the glass for night time . Nope ! At night you can see everything , everyone moving around with lights on. We had kids running around so that made me a little uncomfortable. For a couple of days we had neighbors across that could see us playing in the pool and all because the lake is not that large. But they were nice and we said hello. It’s the night times that bothered me when I wake up to go check on the kids and I can see it’s all opened from seeing the street from the entrance door and the large sliding doors letting anyone see what’s inside . However beside this little hiccup, the pool was awesome, the patio with the tv amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for having us.

  We loved this house! The bright open feeling when you walk in and see the amazing view of the pool and canal is delightful! We loved the open kitchen and all the appliances. We had family stay with us for a few days and we all enjoyed the house the pool and the location. We would love to go back!
