  I asked about checking in early (even if I had to pay extra) they did not reply. The A/C broke and they did not answer (left several messages). I spent 2 days in the heat and humidity)not happy). They answer 2 hours after I had checked out and had no idea I was gone (even know I sent a message saying g that I was leaving) there is a fee of $75 I'd the grill is dirty after used, I went to use it and it was dirty. (Will I get those $75, since I left it cleaner than what I found it to be?)

  - We are very sorry for the lack of response regarding your early check-in request and the A/C issue. However, we did not hear from you and would have been happy to speak with you.
  - The A/C has been inspected and is functioning well. We regret any discomfort you experienced during your stay and can assure our future guests that the AC is in good condition.
  - We apologize for the misunderstanding about the grill cleaning fee. We do not charge guests for cleaning the grill, and we appreciate your efforts in leaving it cleaner than you found it.
  - We take great pride in our cleaning crew and the high standards we maintain for our property.
  - We are accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers!

  The house was clean, nicely furnished and in a friendly neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The grill was an added bonus. The pool was refreshing after spending time in the sun. Would book a stay here again.

• Perfect vacation home!

  My husband and I have stayed here the past two years for our anniversary trip. We’ve been visiting Cape Coral every year for 9 years now, and this is the first property we have booked more than once! We absolutely love it. Perfect neighborhood, very clean and just such a cute home. We hope to be back again next year!
