  Very clean house in nice neighborhood. Lanai very relaxing, wish pool was heated. Loved washer/dryer, spacious kitchen/living room.

  Lock on center patio doors was broke, closet in master bedrm not available to hang clothes, need nite lights in bedrooms. Overall pleasant.

  Was nice place. But no closet in the master bedroom really sucked. No pool info given. Can’t change heat or A/C. Permanently set to 72F.

  -Regarding the thermostat settings, we have specific parameters in place to maintain a comfortable temperature range between 68 and 72 degrees. This measure is designed to prevent the A/C unit from freezing up when guests inadvertently set it too low. While we understand your concern, this issue could have been swiftly resolved through communication with the management company, allowing for adjustments to the thermostat as needed. Unfortunately, there was no mention of this from Florida Spirit.
  -In our listing, we strive for transparency by providing a comprehensive description of all features and amenities. It's important to note that while we offer a range of amenities, including a pool, a heated pool is not listed among them.
  -As homeowners, we utilize our property and require storage space for personal belongings. As such, the master closet is designated for the owners' use. However, we do provide two large closets in the other bedrooms for guests' convenience should they require additional space for hanging clothes.
  We strive to ensure that every guest enjoys the best possible stay, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests at this property, as evidenced by our other reviews.

  We enjoyed our week long vacation here.

  It would've been nice if the pool was heated but other than that, it was a great place to stay!

• Noisy construction

  The house itself was fine. However there was construction going on next door that we were not informed of until the diesel powered Bob cat showed up at 8:00am with loud music and smoking workers. It was unbearable to be outside with the noise and smell of diesel and cigarettes. Additionally there were trucks coming and going blocking our driveway so we or our guests could not get in or out. The workers leered at us while we tried to enjoy the outdoor pool area. Calls were made to company immediately and we were told that they would “look into it”. I was asked to provide “proof” of the inconvenience which I did through video and photos and was told that was not enough evidence. It soured the entire visit and forced us to seek solace elsewhere as it was not had at this property. Very disappointing that no resolution was offered or even apology.

  - I am very sorry that you experienced this. We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like construction noise, smells, and when work is being done on the home next door are simply out of our control. We have not been notified of the exact finish date of the construction. No other guests have complained of noise, workers, or diesel smell, so I was completely unaware that the construction of the home next door was an issue. Again, I am very sorry you did not have a pleasant experience.
