A Wonderful Week!!!
5/5 Really enjoyed this beautiful home along the canal. Extremely quiet location made relaxing on the outside patio very easy. Home was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Had all the amenities of being at home. Only downside was that the pool heater didn't perform well. Overall, would definitely consider this property for a future visit.

Overall nice but issues
3/5 The house itself is very nice, and was well equipped, clean and open.
A few issues-
I paid extra for a heated pool since the weather was not going to be very warm. When we arrived the pool was just seeming to warm up, but throughout our stay (1 week) the pool never got over 75/78 degrees. Certain times of the day, it would be even colder so we swam very little.
They also listed being able to use the 2 kayaks by launching from the dock behind the house. That was not possible because the drop from the dock to the canal was about 3-4ft. Which made it impossible to get in or out. We were very disappointed because this was one of the reasons we chose the home.
Also, the description should do a better job of telling you how the location is very isolated and not easy to get to, having only one way in or out and having a toll bridge to get most other areas, like Fort Myers and Sanibel Island.
Like I said, the home itself was fine, but these issues put a damper on our vacation.
Great place to relax
5/5 Had a great week overall....a couple of minor details that were easily overlooked. They were very quick to respond and made our week very enjoyable. Will use Evolve again.
No what we hoped
2/5 Pool wasn't heated even though they charged us for heat. Debris and spiders on the bottom of poolBedroom fan stuck on high and very loudBed were comfortable
