Barefoot Villa
5/5 This was such a cute location for a family getaway! The house was clean. Close Proximity to many restaurants and fun things to do. House was very spacious. We wish there were more hooks and spots to hang beach towels and shower towel towels. Also multiple lightbulbs were burnt out. The water level of the pool was low causing a loud gurgling sound when we arrived and had to fill it our first day. But overall, this did not impact our stay very much and we enjoyed our visit.

Clearness of home
3/5 Home could if been cleaner. Pool furniture & deck needs to be srubbed down. Decfurniture had stains & was dirty

Hi Maria, We have over 170 positive 5-star reviews which show we provide a clean and well-maintained home for all of our guests.
When you contacted us for cleaning supplies you mentioned they were because you wanted to do some cleaning while in the home for a long period of time. You never mentioned having any issues with the cleanliness of the home.
We provided you with a broom, a dust pan, Swiffer pads, Lysol floor cleaner, Lysol wipes, Lysol counter spray, and garbage bags. So that you had plenty of whatever you needed.
When you spoke to my cleaner they asked if there was anything you needed cleaned or anything they could do to make your stay more enjoyable. You indicated that everything was fine and nothing else was needed. We wish you had let us know you were unhappy.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
