• Perfect for a Girlfriends Weekend

  Four of us stayed here for 6 nights in February 2024.The decor is beautiful and the views are great. From the dining table you look out at the pool and the view from the outside deck is really nice. It felt like a luxury resort. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions and additional needs. We would definitely stay here again!

  We loved the property however it wasn’t a stepless entry as they had said. The pool was the highlight but was not heated upon arrival and needed filled some during the trip. The floors were dirty as our socks were black. Needs some care. 24 hour service with good communication and refunded some for not heating the pool.

  Hi Rebecca, we value providing an excellent experience for our guests, and we would like to share some insights from the homeowner:
  -With regards to the mention of "step-less entry," we would like to clarify that our property description does not reference any steps leading into the place. As it is a single-story home, access is completely step-free.
  -The issue with the pool heat was promptly addressed, understanding that heating a pool of that size takes several hours. We took the initiative to contact Evolve's customer service that evening and instructed them to reimburse the guests for three days of pool heat to compensate for any inconvenience caused. Our cleaner also communicated this in person to the guests. We hope these proactive measures helped alleviate some of the inconvenience experienced.
  -The guests' oversight in reading the email containing the door code, we promptly facilitated their access to the house through text and phone calls.Additionally, we personally visited the property to activate the pool heat for them that same evening. Upon a subsequent check of the pool, we noticed it was low on water, a situation that wasn't evident during our previous inspection. We promptly addressed this by replenishing the water level.
  -Regarding the cleanliness of the floor, it was not brought to our attention during the guests' stay. Had we been made aware, we would have immediately taken steps to re-mop the floor for their satisfaction.
  -Throughout their stay, we consistently inquired about their comfort and satisfaction, to which they expressed contentment. We were pleased to learn that the refund for a portion of the pool heat expenses was well-received by the guests.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews.

  We had an amazing time. The house is a close drive to tons of restaurants. The property managers were very communicative.

  Everything was as it should have been, we payed the extra for pool heat and it was nice and warm when we arrived
