• Beware stay away

  Simple . Except neighborhood everything not worth penny. Our reservation it was week from Friday. After 22h trip, house was not ready on time, check in 3 pm, Have to wait 2h. This was nothing. Every day we found something new. Like mice in garage. Trash from previous renters not rid of. Then we kept put our trash on the top of old one. We find out trash bags became ripped. Many mice poops on garage floor.. Also 1/3 of garage looks like home owner storage. Next !!!! My wife over the night saw many Cacroches on the floor after that incident kids were scared to go to the bathroom at night. Hope I did not bring any in to my home. I ask owner how she wants to resolve this problem just ignored me with some poor excuse" this is Florida many houses got same problems", what's that supposed to mean. Also not cleaning pool. Screening around pool ripped. House need solid renovation. Cigarettes smell in the whole house. I thought we get perfect nice, fresh house. Bad Experience. Unfortunately first time with wrbo..

  The property is nice, just wasn't up to standard in some areas. There's a select comfort mattress in the master - nice feature - unfortunately, it's mostly deflated and the control was no where to be found. Really not comfortable. The mattress in the lower level of the bunk beds needs to be upgraded, very old and floppy. Multiple light bulbs out - the one in the master water closet was the most needed. Ceiling fan in master not working - we were advised it needs to be replaced. TV in master not working. Grill not cleaned & no tools or brush to address it. The property manager did make efforts to help in many areas, was very apologetic and responsive. She brought a fan for the master / pans we requested so we would be able to cook for the 8 in our party / tools & brush for the grill - she cleaned it as well. We had a great meal on the grill once that was taken care of. Once all the issues are addressed the property will be very nice for renters. Location, grounds and community are lovely - pool is nice - golf course nice - good times at the club house bar.

• What a JOKE of a House and Experience with this Company

  This house is complete false advertising! Not to mention this company didn't get back to us until the second to last day we stayed regarding our complaints made on our second day. This house was SUPER filthy dirty, everything was run down, the pool was cloudy, ants all over everything, broken ceiling fans and floor fans, broken gaming consoles, rips in all the screens from windows to around pool, the host was rude and a straight up a liar, refused to come out and do anything, garage door was broken and garage was full of trash. I can go on and on about this nasty/gross house. Its sad to see how a house, potential very nice, get treated so poorly and let it turn into a trashy house. If you want to waist your money, not cheap!!! This is the house for you. Charged us for pool heat daily, which was very high. Then tried to convince us to keep pool at 80 degrees, which isn't warm down there! This place was absolutely garbage. It even smelt like wet dog . All their pictures were falsely advertised, half the stuff not even in the house. Not to mention, after making these complaints to Evolve, the Owner of house refused to return anyone's emails regarding these complaints and obviously no refund what so ever. (Host was straight out of a trailer park, no joke!) Whatever you do, DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE!!!! (I'm trying to save you all from a horrible experience and the loss of a lot of money!)

• Springbreak vacay

  The house was great! The cards for gate entrance don't work great but that has more to do with the association. We had 2 families..9 people and got tons of use out of the pool! I would agree toilet water pressure is really low. I would also just say some outdoor lounge chairs would be nice..we rotated through the one. We also purchased a cooler and some beach stuff that we donated to the house...it would be nice to have little beach chairs to use for beach visits. Our stay however was wonderful and I may look at hosting my cousins future bridal/bachelorette weekend there in the future.
