"Stroll to Bradenton Riverwalk Property"
3/5 The price was adequate for what we thought we were getting. The age of the home - maybe 100 years old?? - the windows were not adequate for the climate in January. We had three nights that were VERY uncomfortable. We turned the heater on 70 degrees, and the temperature never barely got up to 60. The wind blew through the aging windows, and even caused the curtains in the back area, (by television and the small bedroom), to sway. Due to heavy traffic on Manatee Blvd., access and egress to the property was a challenge.
The apartment above was rented, and we heard normal noise, but they were very considerate!
We would probably not rent this property again.
I think a three night refund would be appropriate, due to the inhabitability of the unit.
Square footage was great - bathroom had upgrades - kitchen was old, but adequate. Kitchen windows were also not able to seal correctly, allowing dirt and dust to enter onto the counters when the wind blew.
Location is great. (Access to restaurants, etc.)
5/5 Great location. Lovely decor. Clean (and if you think it's easy for a Craftsman built in 1920 to be clean and free of pests, you are not being realistic, but this place actually was clean and free of pests), Responsive Host. Nice kitchen - I was able to cook an entire Christmas Dinner feast there. Would definitely stay here again.
