Great location and wonderful outdoor patio on the water!
4/5 My family and I rented this property over New Years. The home is large and has plenty of space for everyone without feeling like you are on top of each other. We really enjoyed the back patio with plenty of seating and views of the canal. The location is wonderful, very easy to access Anna Maria Island as well as downtown Bradenton. While it's close to the main road, it's very quiet. The only downside was it lacked some basic amenities, so I assume it's new as a vacation rental. We had to purchase some basics like coffee filters, laundry detergent, and cooking spray. The bathrooms only had hand soap, no other toiletries. But these are simple things and the property was much more affordable than rentals on AMI, so all in all we'd definitely go back!
5/5 Check in was wonderful. We had a very early flight (woke up at 2am) and arrived in the area around 10am. We called the property manager who let us in early so we could rest before our day.
