5/5 We had a good family vacation at this house in Bradenton. Location is nice and stores and restaurants are close by. The beach is about a 15 minute drive. When we arrived, we noticed that the AC wasn't working. Owner had repair company come out right away and within several days they replaced the whole heating/cooling system.Home is dated and older but overall nice. There were limited wash clothes so we purchased more to use during our stay. Also, no broom and dustpan was there so we purchased one. Kitchen had most of what we needed to cook our own food. We enjoyed the heated pool down the street. Overall it was a decent place for our family to stay for a week.

I’m so glad you had a great vacation and enjoyed the town. We love it there too. And thank you for your patience with the AC!! Please always reach out if things are needed. There was a broom and dustpan in the laundry closet and 12 washcloths in the linen closet. Unfortunately some things get taken and we aren’t aware of it but we try to keep it fully stocked. Thank you again for being a great renter!
