Spring break 2026
4/5 The house was a nice layout. I will say that it was not as clean as I would expect. The floors were dirty and I know this because I could visibly see they hadn’t been washed and my kids feet were pretty dirty when walking around barefoot. The sheets barely fit the beds and I had to wash them again when I got there because they seemed dirty. The mattress in the master bedroom was unbearable to sleep on. It was like sinking in quicksand. Highly recommend the owner considers replacing that mattress. Not many pots and pans to cook with when trying to make multiple items. There was a washer and dryer which was helpful. The timer for the outside lights should be changed as well. The lights stayed on way past 1am and it’s very clear that this isn’t the type of party house that maybe college kids are looking for. It’s for families with children that are in bed by 9pm. There is no real need to have those on all night. The pool guy also just showed up to clean the pool and there was zero communication that would be happening. A heads up would of been nice.

Lovely Bradenton Home
4/5 Our family of five enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Bradenton for our Spring Break. It had all of the amenities we would have expected and wanted. The lanai is a wonderful space to relax and unwind. If you don’t mind a 20-minute drive to the beach, this is a great option.
