Townhome Located 200 Steps to a Locals-Only Beach!

• Good location, photos didn't represent the main living on 3rd floor

  The photos didn't show the doors are missing from the closets, the shower tile smelled like mold but is so dark it's hard to see if they are clean or not, uncomfortable beds and one sink in the master bath was clogged. We had our elderly parents with us. When entering the home on the garage level, there are a full set of stairs to get to the 2nd floor, which has all the bedrooms. There is another full set of stairs to reach the 3rd floor that has the kitchen and main living areas. The stairs were very difficult for our elderly parents. There is an elevator, but they were afraid to use it with fear of getting stuck inside.

  - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were both surprised and disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
  - We were unaware of any issues or concerns during your stay and wish you had reached out to the guest contact. We would have promptly responded and been more than happy to help. We will revise our listing to clarify the home has 3 levels, with a reverse layout => 1st-floor garage, 2nd-floor bedrooms, and 3rd-floor - kitchen, dining & living.
  - The absence of closet doors in the 3rd bedroom is intentional and is reflected in the listing photos. However, we were unaware that the bifold closet door in the 2nd bedroom had come off. We will promptly send a handyman to reattach it.
  - We have not received any previous reports of sink clogs, but we will schedule a plumber to inspect all sink drains to ensure they are functioning properly.
  - The darker tile in the shower is part of the home's design, and any mold stains would be visible on the lighter grout, however, we further investigated your concerns and we can confirm no trace of mold could be found. The shower on the 3rd floor underwent re-grouting and tile replacement in February 2024. We conduct, regular deep cleanings, and the property was thoroughly cleaned in February. However, we take cleanliness concerns seriously, and we will notify our property manager to address this issue.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  We had a great time on AMI. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate at all. We did not get one beach day! We still had a memorable time on the island. We loved the pool and hot tub and used it a lot! We will definitely be staying here again! 😎

  As described the beach was 200 steps...the wagon, chairs and umbrellas made the beach easy. Hot tub and pool were great at end of day. The trolley stop was so close, so a car is not needed...will stay here again.

  We had a wonderful time in Anna Maria. The house was beautiful, clean and steps from the beach! We had 4 adults and 2 kids so plenty of room. We will definitely be back!!

  There was five of us Gals !we had a wonderful great time , the house & pool hot tub ! Wow the elevator is so great!

  The beach is beautiful ❤️ The house is spectacular ! the viewing roof is wonderful

  You can see the bay and the ocean sunset and sunrise spectacular

  My second trip and I'll be back again 🌹💕🌺🏖️
