  My family has absolutely loved staying at this property and Karl has been a wonderful host. He has been very responsive each time we needed to reach out and the entire experience from booking to arriving and staying for over a month has been terrific. The house is wonderful and perfectly suited for us and our toddler. We've felt safe and secure and had extra peace of mind with the safety fence around the pool Karl set up for us before we arrived. The house has all the amenities we have needed. The location is terrific - quiet, gated community less than 10 minutes drive to a public beach and a little further to one of the most beautiful nature preserves we've been to. Grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and ice cream shops 5 minutes away. It's been a wonderful trip for our family.

• Exceptional home with fabulous and super helpful owners

  We stayed at this property for a month. Absolutely loved it! The home is beautiful, immaculately clean and well maintained. It’s very thoughtfully stocked and we couldn’t think of anything that was missing. It’s also very tastefully done up. In fact, the pictures don’t do justice to how lovely it actually is. The outdoor space is gorgeous! The pool is beautiful and heated. Lovely for kids and it has a lot of pool toys. Also a great place to sit and work remotely. The neighborhood is quiet yet very conveniently located. The beach is five minutes away and all stores and conveniences are at your doorstep. Karl and Mimi were very helpful and always available to answer our questions and concerns. We will surely be coming back to their gorgeous home in the future!!

  The house and pool are beautiful. The gated community is quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again.

• Wonderful experience

  My family stayed here for almost 3 months and loved every minute of it. Karl is a wonderful host, was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We loved the location. Everything you need is within 5-10 minutes drive and beautiful beaches are 10 minutes away. Highly recommend for families with young children as well. The house has child-proof safety features and an optional gate around the pool for extra precaution. The neighborhood is also safe and quiet. We loved our stay and highly recommend.

• Perfect quiet place in Bonita Spring

  Thank you Karl and Mimi for sharing your lovely home with us. Our family had a great time. Home was clean, organized, and came with everything we need. It was located 10 minutes from grocery stores and the beach. Kids really enjoyed the pool. The only suggestion we would have is provide an option for heating the pool. However, our kids still had a great time in it. Thank you.

  Kaelyn, Thank you for the great feedback! I am glad that you had a fantastic stay! The pool does have a heater that is set at 83 degrees. For some people any warmer and the water is not refreshing.
