4/5 Everything pretty much okay. Electricity went out several times, community wide, no fault of owner. Washing machine was extra noisy, needs to be checked.

Over priced
3/5 Very basic, not a sealing fan in the unit. Lanai was not useable due to dead insects that had been there for a good while. Overall cleanliness not great. 1 pot, 1 pan, very little toilet tissue and 2nd bathtub had a leak that dripped for 2 weeks. Close doors in 2nd bed room off hinges and fell to floor. Host was made aware of these issues. Never again !!!

Hi Charlie, thank you for sharing your feedback. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:
- A new set of pots and pans will be added to the kitchen.
- A handyman is addressing the closet door and installing ceiling fans in both bedrooms this week.
- The unit and lanai are cleaned before and after each guest, though nearby construction has made lanai upkeep challenging. This work is ending this week, and the lanai will be power-washed.
