Location, Location, Location!!!
5/5 My family and I couldn’t have been more pleased with our Bonita Beach apt. Being able to walk across the street to the Beach every day if we wanted, was such a pleasure. (The walk took approximately 3-5 minutes depending on the traffic) Bonita Beach and the proximity to the beach was a priority when choosing a rental. An added pleasure is how quiet the neighborhood was.
There is so much to see and do in SWFL, and Bonita Springs is situated in an area that to me, is right in the middle of it all.
We would definitely choose this property, or area, along with Evolve Vacation Rentals again.

Nice place. Close to ocean access
3/5 Overall it is a fine place. Close to ocean access and in a quite neighborhood. We had a few issues getting in and minor repairs (loose door knobs, no pizza pan, lock box difficult to open) but we weren't there to spend a lot of time in the room. We would rent again. Love the location

vacation at Hickory View Drive N0 street sign into the area house sign was difficult to see
3/5 there were pans in the stove that were unassembled with no screw driver to assemble them
