Comfortable destination
5/5 This was a comfortable stay. Exactly what was represented. The pool is especially nice. Kerry was a great host. Always available to us when needed. All in all, choosing this place was a great choice. Thanks Kerry.

DONT STAY THERE STAY SOME WHERE ANY WERE ELSE
1/5 IT WAS 105 OUT SIDE WHEN WE GO THERE IN SIDE THE HONE 93 WE TURN ON THE AC AFTER 6 HOURS I ONLY GOT DONE TO 83 WE CALL THE OWNER HE SAID TO US TURN ON THE CELLING FAN THERE WAS NO AC ? INTERNET FOOD IN THE REFRIG LIKE SONE ONE WAS LIVING IN THE HOME CLOTHING IN THE MASTER BED ROOM DRAWSWE HAD TO SAY THE ONE NIGHT AS IT WAS 9PM AND TO LATE FOR ME TO DRIVE BACK HOME 4 HOURS SO WE SAY 1 NIGHT OWNER SAID FULL REFUND THAT DID NOT HAPPEN HAD TO CHARGE BACK ON MY CREITCARD I WAS LOOK FORWARD TO SOME TIME OFF OF WORK WE HAVE STAYED AT MORE THAN 35 TIMES AT VROB THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE SAID HE KNOW AC WAS NOT WORKING AND HE BID THINK ABOUT GETTING A NEW ONE. SO STAY SOME WERE ELSE...

From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you felt the air conditioning was not sufficient. Our Wi-Fi thermostat showed that the system was running and maintaining the temperature around 75°F, which can be challenging to achieve when outdoor temperatures are near 95°F. To help circulate the cool air more efficiently, we recommend using the ceiling fans, which is a common practice in Florida homes.
Regarding the Wi-Fi, it was functioning properly during your stay, but I understand there was some confusion with the password. I also apologize if any items were left in the refrigerator or drawers. This is not our standard, and I’ve addressed this with our cleaning team to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

5/5 Very nice, clean & safe neighborhood. Owner lives near by & an excellent resource about places to eat, visit etc. Everything is safe with having both pets & children including the pool which is heated, large & immaculately clean. Even has a Tiki hut with a TV. Has TV streaming & internet. Hope to return next year for 2 weeks & the bridge is completed. 10 PAWS review from our 2 rescue dogs !!!
