    The location was absolutely perfect. Check in was smooth. Super easy to get to and around. Close to beautiful walking paths that I really enjoyed. Even while on vacation I went to the gym on the property. It was clean and I was able to keep to my routine. Although the weather was unseasonably cold for Florida during our stay and we couldn’t use the pool (that was obviously completely out of the host’s control), but we spent our time exploring the area. There are a great variety of restaurants nearby, which we loved. Everything about the property was exactly as described and exceeded expectations. The apartment was clean, comfortable, thoughtfully set up, and truly felt like a home away from home. Steven was an excellent host. Friendly, responsive, easy to communicate with. It was a great to just relax on this vacation. I would absolutely this place to anyone. I will be back soon.

    I absolutely loved this apartment and had an exceptional stay from start to finish. The condo was exactly as described, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. It truly felt like the comforts of home with a resort-style vibe. The pool area is beautiful and was a wonderful bonus.I was in Aventura for work and felt completely at ease staying here as a solo traveler. The gated community added an extra layer of comfort and security, which I really appreciated. The location is unbeatable. Aventura Mall is just down the road (arguably the best mall in Miami), and there are plenty of supermarkets and excellent restaurants nearby. Being so close to the beach was also a huge plus. I had some amazing meals at The Green Pointe Restaurant and enjoyed great breakfasts at Lerendezvou.Check-in was seamless, parking was easy and accessible, and my host was truly fantastic, extremely responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with.This was a wonderful stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!
