• Beautiful condo needs some necessities

  This is a nice remodeled condo. However it is missing some key pieces to make our experience better.

  -No dressers in either of the bedrooms or a place to put your suitcases. A dresser and tv in each room would be nice.

  -Description said king and queen bed and it is actually a full in the main bedroom and queen in guest room. That info needs updated, and it also says it’s third floor in the description and it’s the first floor.

  -one extra chair in the family area would be nice

  -no broom or dustpan for sweeping the kitchen floor or kitchen towels or washcloths for dishes

  -kitchen needs some basic essentials: baking sheet/pan and a toaster would be nice. The kitchen water did not get warm but the shower was nice and hot (main shower needs a holder for shampoo etc. I had to place our items on the floor of the shower). The guest bath needs a shower liner. It only has a fancy curtain

  -the sliding pocket door to the main bath gets stuck and the sliding patio door is hard to open

  -tags are still on lots of pieces of furniture. The owner may want to remove them.

  I did notify them of these issues and suggested some of the above ideas for the condo. It was well received and hope the next guest gets some of these essentials.

  I will definitely come back if some of these essentials for the condo are added. A great location to stay for visiting our daughter at AMU and for golf!

  We had a great stay in this AveMaria condo. The home was fresh and clean. The location was convienent and the hosts were very responsive.
