4/5 The house was comfortable, homey and stocked with everything we needed, and westayed for 3 weeks, so it was appreciated. The yard was lovely. We took advantage ofthe sun and warmth that January in Florida offered us, laying out by the pool orswinging in the hammock…. The pool was not heated, so a little chilly. Many eveningsspent by the firepit, which was lovely. The house is close to great parks, beaches andmovie theaters. Lots to do and explore!It was the neighborhood that gave us pause, which was out of the hosts’ control.Roosters crowing, (most of the day and sometimes at night too), and dogs barking. Wewere very glad to have had our Bluetooth speaker (for inside the house) and earbudswith us (for outside). Highly recommend this strategy if you stay here.All in all, the hosts were welcoming, attentive, and responsive and it was a great escapefrom January in the Northeast!

3/5 The place itself was clean and good for a family who doesn’t plan to spend a lot of time there. The things that bothered us are things that can’t be changed- the neighborhood and the roosters.

5/5 Stayed here with my best friend for a quick weekend trip.The owners of this home are awesome!Extremely communicative and responsive.Their home is lovely and CLEAN! Their care and attention to detail is very obvious and our stay was as pleasant as it was because of this.We would definitely stay again!Thank you for providing such lovely lodging for us :)
