  The house was very spacious, clean & had everything we needed. We were in town for a weekend family gathering. Several family members did get to enjoy the airboat rides - walking distance from the house. We will rent again when visiting family!

• Incredible rustic retreat!

  We had such an awesome visit to Arcadia at this amazing spacious home! We ventured out to enjoy the local rodeo and local waterfront dining! We enjoyed the onsite adventures of their wildlife sanctuary and enjoyed the airboat rides! We loved watching the horses go by each morning while sipping some awesome coffee! We cannot wait to go back. The beds were comfy and the large dining room was perfect for a big group! Don’t miss your opportunity to escape the stress that city life can bring and get to this incredible country home today!

• Perfect Country Vacation

  The Arcadia Peace River House was the perfect location for a vacation with our 7-year-old grandson! We wanted it to be in the country so we could introduce him to outdoor activities. The house is right next to Peace River Adventures which offers horseback riding, canoes/kayaks, airboats, swamp buggy rides, guided fossil hunting and more. We took full advantage of what was offered while we were there. Our grandson was thrilled and we all had a great time!

  The house is spacious and very comfortable - we all slept great while we were there. The bedrooms are large and there is plenty of closet and drawer space. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a grill on the back patio. The bathrooms were well appointed and supplied the basic toiletries. There were plenty of towels. The TV and Wi-Fi were reliable and worked well. There were board games for all ages.

  The house is very close to the Peace River. From the house you walk a trail through the woods and a small field and end up at the river. We spotted the tracks of what we think was a bobcat on the trail! Playing in the river was our grandson's favorite thing to do. We fished, netted minnows, swam, and looked for fossils/shark teeth. We spent time at the river every day and sometimes twice.

  We loved our stay here and are planning on a return trip with other family and friends. We highly recommend this house and all the area has to offer.
