TLC needed
4/5 This home is in dire need of some TLC. There was a small amount of standing water in the master bath. The drain in the master shower is in need of cleaning. The appliances in the cabinets were dusty, the toaster is dirty. While the pool was beautifully heated and pleasant, the area around the pool needs to be power washed along with the screen. The pool toys also need to be washed while the floating sticks just need to be replaced.
4/5 I think some of the kitchen pots and pans need to be updated to none stick. Extra bath towels, kitchen towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and etc would be nice.
