Great getaway
5/5 We enjoyed our stay so much. House was clean and tidy with every amenity you may need. Only draw back was no bathroom on first floor, clothes washer was not balanced, and fan remote battery was dead down stairs in box. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Great stay on Anna Maria Island!
5/5 The house was in a perfect location, very convenient to the beach, piers, shops and restaurants. The house was great and had everything we needed and was the perfect size for our family of 4. The outdoor space was very nice and used the pool and hot tub often. The only negative thing I would say is the mosquitoes were so bad in the back. Has nothing to do with the house but it really deters us from staying on a canal next time. Even during the day while trying to hang out by the pool and fish we were eaten alive. They provided a candle and bug spray which helped. Other than that it was fantastic!
Great Spot
4/5 The location of this property is great, just enough tucked away from the crowds but close to restaurants, beach, and pier. Located on the lagoon, the backyard was quiet and private. The place was clean and well stocked with towels and sheets. Our only complaint is there were no kayaks offered like in the pictures and listing. We specifically picked a house on the lagoon with kayaks so that our kids could paddle. When we arrived, we found there were no kayaks so that was disappointing. Overall, we would stay there again. It was a great spot for a family of four!

Our best stay in AMI yet!
5/5 We loved this rental house. Plenty spacious for our family of 4, with two young boys. The pool / hot tub are the best we’ve had at a rental and partially shaded most of the day too. Amenities were as described. The only downside is limited supplies upfront (ie we had to buy trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dishwasher packs) when a lot of those items are normally provided at other rentals… or at the very least the owner leaves behind what other renters have left. It’s a small annoyance, but in the grand scheme we had a really great time. Thanks again for sharing your place with us!
