5/5 My wife and I were traveling with our 2 young kids (2.5 and 10 months). House fit our needs perfectly as it was 2 bedrooms. We didn’t make use of the living room for sleeping.
As with many other houses in this area, the living space is on the 2nd floor. Not an issue for us.
House was clean and well kept. For what we paid we felt it was good value. Not a luxury home but everything was good condition and pool was perfect. Backyard space was quite nice with all the plants and waterway being right there.
I did not see they would not recommend this house for infants until day of check in. Not sure if there is a liability aspect but no issues at all. The house does not have any security features that I could tell besides locks and outdoor cameras.
Would certainly stay here again. Walkable to a lot of the things happening on the island which is nice cause it was busy and parking can be tough.

5/5 Absolutely loved this property! Beautifully maintained, and excellent amenities. Would appreciate more paper goods to have on site (toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels).
Overall a great experience. Ruth was incredibly responsive with any questions/comments/concerns, which is SUPER appreciated. Guest experience was on point! 10/10 recommend!
4/5 All was good unfortunately the weather was not cooperating heat was a little problem but that may have been because the wind chill was in the 20's other than that all good thank you

5/5 Location was great, it was a little on the colder side for the time of year we stayed but the heated pool and hot tub was great for the kids! Even did a little fishing off the dock.

5/5 Our host was wonderful at communicating and answered all questions we had throughout our stay. This home is beautiful and a prime location! The pool was wonderful and our daughter learned to swim during our stay. Thank you and we can’t wait to visit again!
