Beautiful Property Great Location off 54 in Community
5/5 We have been visiting Fenwick Island for over 10 years and have loved the area. We came across this beautiful home on Evolve and with its ease to book and easy cancellation policy we booked. The home located in a beautiful community just between the bay and canal with easy access to all areas of 54. This home was beautiful decorated with all the amenities anyone needs. 3 bedrooms 2 baths all with plenty of storage and all beds already made with comfy bedding. One master with en-suite bathroom. Kitchen had all the necessary gadgets and a coffee station for the morning wake-up to sit outside and watch the neighbors pass by on their boats on the canal. The fire pit seating and living room style sitting area was perfect for an evening cocktail.
The owners were very responsive to my emails and questions before my check in.
Would definitely consider renting from the owners again and staying in this area.

5/5 This is a beautiful home with water on both sides of the house. The decor is gorgeous & it has three siting rooms & an expansive, comfortable outdoor area. This home is well appointed with a high-end kitchen & very comfortable. The owners were fantastic & the bikes & beach chairs are a bonus amenity. We loved it!
