Second Visit!
5/5 This was our second time at this property. Our family had a great time here and exploring Fenwick! The owner is top notch and the property is well cared for. We certainly recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice location with pool amenities.

Perfect Summer Rental
5/5 The place was perfect for our group! Plenty of space for everyone, a great screened in deck where we enjoyed our crab fest (without getting swarmed by bugs), and a great location! Eric was super responsive and informative! We will be back next summer for sure!
Fantastic Vacation Home!
5/5 Five of us went up to celebrate our Birthdays for the months of April and May! This was by far one of our best girl's trips in quite a while. The house was very clean and spacious in a beautiful walkable neighborhood. All of the amenities were just like being at home and we did not want for anything. We found some really good restaurants, all within a ten mile radius of the home. The host couldn't have been more gracious and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We are already talking about a return visit in the near future.

5/5 Loved everything about the property. We felt the cleaning could have been a little better…..sticky refrigerator shelves, sticky counter top, hasty vacuuming, dirty towels left on washer from last tenant.
