  • Very Dirty & Disappointing

    This was by far the dirtiest house I’ve ever stayed at. We ended up washing all the sheets and towels upon arrival. Found candy wrappers and an acrylic nail in the beds. Towels all looked dirty. Could see shoe tread marks in the bathroom area carpet. Washed those too. Island was sticky, window sills also very dusty. Smudge marks on glass sliding doors. Outsode grill area had leftover food from prior occupants & beer cans littered in back. Candy wrappers /candy stuck in shag area rugNeeds maintenance. One of curtain rods hanging, one of chairs w leg extremely bent. We notified owners.House manager offered to come clean but by that time we had done it all. We asked for wash clothes as none at property & blow dryer too. Both showed up a day after they were told would arrive. The house is newer and overall nice house w river wrapping around it with provides great views & relaxing atmosphere, but the cleanliness honestly ruined our stay.
