4/5 The house was mostly clean. Something spilled in silverware drawer and was all over everything in the drawer. House oddities a little worn. A couple knobs and patio door loose. It was fine over all.

Great dog friendly location, close to both Dewey and Rehoboth
3/5 Disappointed by lack of cleanliness of floors, tables, and counters ( kitchen and bathrooms). Luckily they had a ton of cleaning supplies so I cleaned first thing. Other than that, great place to stay and quiet condo complex in great location!!!

Quick getaway
3/5 Property manager was excellent and very responsive. Older property needs some love and attention. I Recommend to bring your own Sheets and towels.
