NYE getaway
5/5 We stayed at this rental over the New Year holiday. Great location, nice property - easy to get to just about anywhere in the region. Clubhouse with games & pool is a great bonus. We would stay again.

Family getaway
5/5 We enjoyed the accommodations which allowed all of us to have our own space and yet still come together to spend time together. Everything we needed was at the condo, including kitchen items, bath and beach towels and a wonderful rolling cart for the beach. It was a very quiet and convenient location. A short drive to restaurants and the beach.

Cute but needs a few things
2/5 Nice quiet neighborhood, but the place was not clean, dust and cobwebs, wet laundry was left in the washing machine. Beds were the worst, please update your mattresses, for the money, the beds should not be this bad. Also, the fridge water filter was expired for more than a year. Maybe clean the place up a bit and update the beds. One last comment, the outdoor light was burned out at the front door and my husband slipped and fell down the steps. This is a hazard.

Hi Laura, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- My goal is to ensure my guests have an optimal experience while staying in my Ocean View Delaware condo, so I am so sorry to hear your experience was subpar. Let me address your issues one by one.
- The place being a bit dirty was disappointing to hear as a cleaning crew comes in before every guest arrives to ensure it is ready for occupancy. I will follow up to be sure the next guest has a better reception.
- In the garage, there are bikes, beach chairs, beach cart, beach toys, floats, tennis racquets, baby stroller and other accessories for guest use which make for a tight fit for 2 cars. I will need to add some wall mounts for better storage, so thank you for that feedback.
- Frig water filter and front porch light will be addressed right away. Thank you, again, for bringing to my attention.
- Regarding the beds, I'm sorry they were not comfortable for you. The mattresses are relatively new, higher end firm gel memory foam, and I will revise the listing to describe the mattress quality in the ad. Please also note the ad does mention a queen size bed in the master bedroom.
- Although it is too late for me to improve your experience, for future guests, please let me or the guest contact know immediately of any items that need addressing. A great vacation experience for you is both my goal and yours!

5/5 Our family had a wonderful vacation. The check in process so easy and the property beautiful and clean. We spent most of our time on the beach but our location was an easy drive. We loved this trip and can’t wait to come back! Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable with such a lovely place to stay.
