Great location but picture deceiving
1/5 Great location near White Clay Creek park. Pictures of the deck and grill were deceiving since they are not easily accessible from rental unit (walk on steep sloped lawn with no walkway, climb stairs and located right outside of owners living room). Smoke from upstairs drifted into downstairs rental unit. I closed all the ceiling vents and it helped. My fault for not checking that there was no dishwasher. Be aware of excess fees in total price.

- The photos on the listing are an accurate representation of the property. The deck and grill are located at the back of the house and easily accessible. Additionally, the pictures do showcase the sloped lawn, and there is no walkway, as mentioned in your review.
- We're sorry to hear about smoke-related issues during your stay. We neither smoke nor cook in the upstairs unit. We had several conversations during your visit, and we wish these concerns had been brought to our attention. We are always ready and willing to provide assistance and address any issues that our guests may encounter.

5/5 Very clean, private, quiet apartment and beautiful land nestled up to the White Clay Creek State Conveniently located, downtown Main Street Newark 10 minutes with a wide variety of shopping and excellent restaurants. The hosts are so welcoming and will make every part of your stay exceed expectations.
