  We felt like we were at a friend's house. Loved the decor, furniture and beds were comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, relaxing atmosphere. Plan on renting again next year for girls trip again.

  This was our first time staying outside of the town of Bethany, and it was a wonderful experience! The house was more clean than many properties in town, and it was a welcome change from the sticky counters at other rentals… we were so thankful it was not like that here!

  The biggest bummer was the lack of an outdoor shower or rinsing station. That would make this place even better, though this is officially our favorite rental in many, many years. We will be back! -The W’s

• Great house, easy beach access

  We stayed here while visiting Bethany Beach with our two small kids. House was very clean and had the perfect amount of space for our family of 4, plus a grandparent. Super easy drive to the beach each morning. Access to Giant was also a big plus bc stocking up was easy. Community also has a pool that we used in the afternoon after nap time. House was super clean and communication with host was great. They fielded many of my questions while staying and helped a lot. Overall, great house and would recommend.

  What we enjoyed about the place: very clean, very spacious, location. Decorated nicely, full stocked kitchen, great back yard. Agent or house contact was easy to reach and responded quickly. Close to everything will definitely return.

  Our only issues: air fresheners were too overwhelming for asthma/allergy sufferers. We had to unplug them. There was no lock on master bedroom door. Adults need to be able to lock the door. And the the master bedroom closet was not available to us. Yes there was small rack in the corner but it was not sufficient for our dresses. Luckily we did not utilize the kids room and was able to use that space for our outfits and suitcases.

  Beside these issues the place was great. Saw in a previous review about noise...which was not a concern. You heard something ever now and then but no reason not to stay here. Neighbors very friendly. Check in/check out piece of cake. Like I said this place was almost perfect! And will stay again...
