4/5 Decent and quiet neighborhood. Great location, close to trail for biking, walking. Nice bakery nearby for coffee and pastries. Not far from beaches, shopping and dining out. Overall my family enjoyed our stay.

Good condo
4/5 We enjoyed our stay. This property is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, not far from the beaches and other sightseeing options, like the Nassau vineyard. For outdoorsy people, the nearby Georgetown Lewes trail is awesome for biking, walking or running. Nearby Old World bakery comes handy for that early morning coffee and delicious pastries.
My family enjoyed our stay and may be coming back sometime.
Not what expected
2/5 The place needed to be cleaned of ants, spiders, and bugs upon arrival. Cobwebs and dirt everywhere. The lint trap of drier was clogged and unable to use until unclogged. No trash bags, dish cloth, or simple necessities provided. When contacting the owner it is not the owner but the cleaning person who would not help and stated to contact evolve to resolve all issues.

Great location
4/5 Check in was very well communicated. The condo is was nicely kept, it could have been a little cleaner, their was some food and shoes left behind. But overall a nice place to stay in a great location!
