Great place, almost perfect!
4/5 The place is in great location. Easy to travel to main hotspots. Love that is has a pool. The upstairs kid's room is top notch.
We did, however, experience a number of things that I feel we were more than tolerant in accommodating with both our time (dealing with multiple service companies, owners, prop mgt) and even additional outlay of money but received no discount or even acknowledgement of all of the inconveniences in the end. No resolution to any of the reported issues occurred during our stay but hopefully made future stays for others much more enjoyable.
Would still recommend staying here as I believe these issues were/could be easily remedied...and if so, it would've received my highest rating.

5/5 Our New Year weekend stay at this Frankford vacation rental was nothing short of spectacular. The location, a mere 4 miles from the beach and surrounded by top attractions, provided the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The 3-bed, 2.5-bath home itself was not only spacious but also tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Exploring nearby gems like the Bethany Beach Boardwalk and Fenwick Island State Park was a breeze from this central location. The highlight of our evenings was undoubtedly the dining room where we created lasting memories with family where we laughed, ate, and played family games. The spacious fenced-in yard allowed the pets to play freely, adding an extra layer of convenience and peace of mind.
