Just steps to the surf and sand of Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this one-level layout features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms, including the main suite.

    Our family had the privilege of staying in this unit at the beginning of September. It was an amazing stay for us. We’ve stayed at Sea Colony the past 3 years, and this is the best unit we’ve experienced.

    The home owners went above and beyond to check in on us and make sure our entire experience was amazing. Our son left three stuffed animals at the property, and they made sure they were returned safely to us.

    I can’t stress enough that this is a great property for families!

    Great access to pools and beach. Decent partial view of ocean. Cleaning needs to be improved. Primary bedroom bed is quite firm.

    Staying at the sea colony was nice. Kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated and condo was nicely decorated. What we did not like was the firm mattresses and the height of the bed. We also had issues with a broken handle on the balcony which I reported twice and it wasn’t fixed. We also noticed ants around the front door.
