CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. Press the 'Yale' button to turn on the keypad, then put in the code 3268
- To lock the door when leaving the unit, pull it tight, press the 'Yale' button, and wait until you hear the jingle before releasing it
- Keys will also be provided inside the unit if you wish to use a physical key
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

PARKING REGISTRATION: 
- If you need to park your vehicle(s) on weekdays or for longer than 2 hours, please register for a temporary street parking permit as soon as possible before your scheduled arrival date
- To register for a permit, go to https://ddot.myparkinginfo.com/cws/, use the ParkDC Permits mobile app, call 202.671.2631, or go to one of the kiosks listed on this website: https://tops.ddot.dc.gov/DDOTPERMITSYSTEM/DDOTPermitOnline/OPA/Kiosks.aspx
- On the mobile app/website/kiosk dashboard, click 'Request to Park,' enter the Visitor Code (470455), and click 'Continue'
- You will need a code to request the permit. Please use code 204024 
- To get updates on your request, check the message center on your account or check the email account provided when you registered your account
- When you receive your permit, please print it out and place it on your dashboard

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Take the trash out to the barrels outside the back gate
- Return the physical keys to the counter, if used
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
