1/5 Terrible experience. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher were all broken. Before booking, please be aware that this is not a safe area. People came up to our door asking for money, drugs, and cigarettes. We were warned by others to keep our doors locked due to frequent break-ins nearby. This place is absolutely not safe for families or women traveling alone.I also tried to request a refund through Vrbo and their third-party partner, but both denied it and said they couldn’t help—extremely unprofessional. Would never recommend this property or host.

5/5 My stay at Renelson's place was perfect. Location was great as it's very close to National Harbor, downtown DC, and Alexandria boardwalk. Everything was clean and as pictured. Would definitely stay again!
