5/5 Charming apt, clean and comfortable for 6 adults. Well equipped kitchen, great location, quiet area but short walk to lively U street with clubs and restaurants. We had a great stay.

4/5 Overall it was a good stay, but not really total 5 star. I wouldn’t say it was walking distance to National Mall or main attractions. Neighborhood was fine. House was old and charming, but floors are super creaky so when one person is awake the whole house wakes up, lol. The back room is connected to other room so not really private. Also floor in back bedroom leaned and was noticeable when lying in bed, and the “pull out sofa” was not a true pull out. Some sort of foam thing that lies on the floor, might be fine for small kids but not ideal as a bed for teen or adult. We couldn’t use it and our teen had to sleep on couch downstairs. Didn’t have issues with other two bedrooms.Not a bad stay, but would’ve been nice to know these things ahead of time.
