Very unsatisfactory
1/5 There were ex stream safety issues with this property !! The furniture had gross unknown stains on them, the showers were not functional, they dripped !they’re were scuff marks all over walls from the dining room to the bedroom’ also the first floor bedroom had a Queen mattress on a double futon frame, which made getting a good night sleep impossible the mattress overlapped the bed frame !! The sliding glass door was broken & we were not able to lock it at all ! Outside of the sliding glass door was a gated screen door, that had a lock on it, (but)’ it had chicken wire covering the lock portion of gated screen, secured with zip ties ! The bedroom #1 had an old delapatated hideous wicker chair that was broken, clearly there for decoration ! This property was a nightmare !!! This was my first experience with Airbnb and probably my last ! This property was unsafe, unkept, and the picture on the websight made it look like tranquil’ but this was not what it was supposed to be, I went to Washington DC for vacation, and worried everytime I left the property that my belonging would be stolen and this experience totally took away from my purpose ! I got to Washington on Thursday the 29th of August, I reached to evolve on Friday night’ on saturday afternoon I received a response from evolve and I was able to tell them (All) of the problems with this unit, waiting to here back from them, and to see what course of action they will be taking” people this was a bad deal .
