  Would not book again. ANTS and bugs EVERYWHERE, couldn’t use the kitchen because the amount of bugs, ants crawling up between the stove and counter. In addition to the mouse dropping in the cabinet. If I didn’t have family traveling in from around the country and if I could get things done fluidly with the app, I would have opted out and got something different.What makes it worse it that they are aware of the pest problem, because. There were countless raid bottles in the linen closet. I messaged them on the night I arrived, and still to this date 15 days later, no response. Yes those are mouse dropping in the cabinets.

• Great location to visit DC!

  We used this property for our family of five as we spent three days visiting the DC area. Close to the metro, clean property and great communication with the owner. Would stay here again!

• Nice place

  This was a very nice place to stay while moving our son to the area. We were only a few blocks from his new home. This is not an area that is close to tourist attractions, but it is only a 10 minute walk to the Metro station. We enjoyed watching movies in the projector room. The renter was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

  The house was nice the garbage disposal just stop working the air beds was leaking air slowly the house does not sleep ten the beds was hard but we made due of what it is

  - The garbage disposal stopped working during your stay, but it was fixed just hours after your checkout. We encourage guests to notify us immediately of such issues so we can address them promptly
  - We were also not informed about the leaking air mattresses during your stay. All air mattresses that had issues have been replaced with new ones to ensure future guests' comfort

  Seemed to be a good place but the A/C does not work well in the top of the house and the upstairs bedrooms do not get cool until late in the night. There was also a shortage of pillows, sheets, and blankets for a house that boats being able to sleep 10. Two of the beds were air mattresses and one had a hole in it. No sheets for them either. Glad we had blankets in the truck.
