4/5 The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. We had a great time in DC.
Lost one star due to the need to repair the front steps - be careful!
Good NE DC stay
4/5 Enjoyed this house for a family high school graduation. It is a clean, well-appointed house on a quiet street with easy parking. However, do not rent this house if you have anyone with mobility issues. The steep front steps are in need of repair and are a fall waiting to happen.

Washington DC stay
5/5 The home was very comfortable. The steps outside need work as it was hard going up and down them especially with luggage. The house was very clean, the pool table a plus. The outside furniture needs to be replaced as it is not in good condition. Overall, we enjoyed staying there. Quiet neighborhood.

Hidden gem in quiet DC neighborhood
4/5 My family stayed at this property for three nights while attending a college graduation in DC. I thought the property was wonderful. It was very spacious and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet, and parking was easily available. Only thing I would suggest is grass was a little high and backyard could've been neater. But we would definitely stay here again.
