  We had a lovely stay at Asem’s cute house. The house is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay and to pack light/shop light - all condiments supplied. Luxury Bath products, towels, linen. Very comfortable beds. High end appliances. Games and books. Great courtyard where we BBQ’d a couple of times. 8 minute walk to train and bus stop to head downtown. 15 minute Uber ride. Asem was also very attentive and helpful when responding to questions I had about the area. We Felt safe in the neighbourhood which was also lined with nice houses, supermarket 10 minute walk, pizza and convenience store 5 minute walk. Highly recommend staying here.

• Great Place to Stay!

  We stayed in this unit for 4 nights in early June. It is exactly as advertised. Super clean and very well appointed. The communication before and during was the best I’ve experienced. I was concerned about street parking but that was a non issue. We ended up taking Uber into town anyway. The neighborhood is diverse and safe. The unit itself is small but plenty for the 4 of us. I’d recommend this rental.

• Worked well for family spring break trip

  Stayed here with wife and two kids for spring break. The house had plenty of space and everything we needed. We didn't have a car, so we walked and rode Metro everywhere. Plenty of restaurants in the area, and the close-by LeDroit market was very convenient for snacks, etc. Property manager was very help and quick to respond; they let us in a little bit early and mailed us a couple stuffed animals that my son accidently left.
