4/5 Charming older home in great location. Just minutes from Amenia NY and Sharon CT. Enjoyed time on the oversized patio overlooking the expansive backyard. The ONLY thing I might have changed was the claw foot tubs. They are beautiful, but they were difficult for my elderly parents to get in and out of. The owner was attentive and always available to our needs and questions.

Lovely Setting, charming house, good location.
4/5 Loved the location, yard, outside areas and the charm of the old home. The property was clean but appeared that no one had been there is a long time so did not have that pristine "just cleaned" feel. Some pests (bugs) and the dishwasher was not emptied (still full from previous tenants). The most concerning issue was the unlevel flooring, the steepest, narrowest stairs I have ever seen and is a property that could be very dangerous for young and old. Taking luggage up the stairs was almost impossible. Note: No traditional coffee maker, no icemaker or ice trays and the TV was the projector type without operating instructions or local channel viewing. FYI...No AC and mediocre operating fans.
