Beach Vibes
5/5 If you are going for pleasure this is the perfect place. Exactly as promoted. The downside is there is no A/C units but that was already described in the listing. Overnight the weather permits you to open up a window and use the fan to cool the whole house. I would definitely use again for pleasure.

Coming home
5/5 This is a wonderful place to stay, just across the Boston Post Road from where I grew up. Clean, roomy and we'll located. Only problem was getting the Smartcast TV to connect to the Wifi (no cable, just Internet connection.) Property contact never returned my phone call/voice message.

Okay Stay
3/5 It was okay. We would have liked a television that didn't require paying to stream.
The private beach was very small, and the water seemed dirty.
