Would Book Again!
5/5 Easily one of the best renting experiences I've had in Old Lyme over the span of visiting in the summer for 10+ years. Dimitri was great, the cottage was the perfect distance from the beach (about a 2-minute walk!) and it was incredibly comfortable. We spent 3 nights here and would love to stay even longer in the future.
Great beach retreat!
5/5 We booked last minute as we decided to join family staying in Old Lyme. This cottage was just perfect for our needs. My husband and I along with our 19 year old stayed here. Clean, newly remodeled and amenities to meet our needs for a 3 day beach retreat. Simple, but practical. Close to beach and a/c was a treat during the heat wave! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Visiting Psycho
4/5 The property was okay except washer & dryer were out of order and hot water wouldn't stay a steady temperature, also the toaster didn't work. But the major issue we had was with a schizophrenic man that lives next door who was intimidating us and was very angry, he even came right up in the front doorway when we were in the house. Talked to host about man having a key to the place and not feeling safe to spend a second night. Host knew all about man but would not refund our second night, so we went home a day early in fear of being victims of this crazy person.

5/5 Very intimate cottage setting, lovely beach scenery, walking distance to the beach, feet away from hearing the crash of the waves. Short drive to grab whatever you have forgotten or need to enhance your stay in this tiny home. Great location to unplug, energize, and bond with your family. You can create the quality time you miss out on in the world today, you will not have the distractions of television, internet, or gaming.
