Great spot less than a mile from the beach.
5/5 This is a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood about a half mile from the beach. It’s an easy walk to a beach with no parking, or you can drive just a block further and pay to park. There are plenty of restaurants and a great ice cream place within just a few minutes of the home.
The owner is lovely and was eager to be sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Communication is easy. There are train tracks behind the house, but it isn’t loud at all.
My teens definitely want to stay there again and wondered why we don’t spend more time in Niantic.
