5/5 Very much enjoyed our stay. Property was unique with great furnishings and elegant design features. Backyard space was very private and we'll equipped with the pool, hot tub, Weber grill, and nice comfortable relaxing spaces. All rooms were well stocked with anything you could need (kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. ; Great bathroom setups and amenities) Literally only a 5 min walk to the beach. The only item missing was that there is no onsite clothes washer/dryer available, but we were recommended to a very good local service that was quick and reasonable. We would definitely return to this property when coming to New Haven area in the future.

Perfect location
5/5 We came to New Haven for our son’s graduation at Yale Law and this home was the perfect easy trip to the school. Highly recommend. You can see the water from the upstairs balcony that’s how close you are. The drive in is beautiful with water views. We took a leisurely stroll to the lighthouse park. Wonderful. House is charming and the guest host is super helpful with any questions you might have.
Beautiful outside and neighborhood
5/5 In town for college visits we were able to stay and use the home as “base” giving everyone space - inside and out to decompress. Kitchen was great and outdoor space is lovely. Beautiful walk to Lighthouse Point Park!

Beautiful Home
5/5 I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again. The amenities were above and beyond and the home has many upgrades. The area where the home is located is quiet and peaceful.
