  In town for college visits we were able to stay and use the home as “base” giving everyone space - inside and out to decompress. Kitchen was great and outdoor space is lovely. Beautiful walk to Lighthouse Point Park!

  I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again. The amenities were above and beyond and the home has many upgrades. The area where the home is located is quiet and peaceful.

  My daughter was getting married in Branford and we wanted to rent a house that had plenty of room for the bridal party to prepare for the wedding. This house gave us that and plenty more. The backyard is a treasure. Pool was used by the kids and enjoyed themselves. Plenty of room for everyone. The only downside is the parking and the price of the house. There’s only one parking space for one car. Everyone has to park on the side street. Some of the neighbors didn’t like that but there was no other parking.

  The house has a lot of updates/renovations that help it stand out from other traditional New England homes. Very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, amenities. The property manager was very helpful and great communication. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or hot tub but would've been a big bonus if we had. I'm giving a four star rating primarily because I think the price point is a little high, there was a fair amount of outside noise (near Tweed airport), and the neighborhood feels very industrial. Overall, the house worked out extremely well for our family and was an easy drive to New Haven/Yale/pizza etc (15 mins about).

  From the owner: "I'm glad you had a good time at the house, and sorry you were unable to use the pool and spa due to the climate warnings from the Canadian fires. The weather was certainly not the typical pleasant weather we receive each year. I do hope you come again to experience a better climate and enjoy the outdoors.
  We appreciate your business and value your input. However, Morris Cove is not industrial by any standards as this is a very safe neighborhood that has an American historical preservation area. In addition, the eastern shore has acres of nature on both sides of the cove. Lighthouse Park, Pardee Seawall, Natan Hale fishing pier, and further along, there are acres of additional parks for soccer, tennis, baseball, and a robust playground. Perhaps you were unable to experience these because of the smoke warnings.
  While there is a small airport nearby which is a very small airport and has minimal flights and small aircraft. Most of the days and evenings are free from flights unlike most municipal airports, they can only fly during certain times. The noise level is very minimal. Thank you again for staying with us."
