Beautiful house with a gorgeous view
5/5 Had a very relaxing vacation. Booking was simple and hosts and agents were very responsive.
House was exactly as advertised.
Well equipped, clean with a well stocked kitchen. The multiple coffee making options was a plus.
Loved sitting in the sunroom or the second floor deck and walking across the street on the sea wall looking out at the stunning water view.
Our 2 dogs enjoyed walking along the waterfront and exploring the fenced in backyard.
House has all the amenities for a memorable stay.

5/5 We were in NH for a long weekend to visit out daughter. This was a great location for us. It is on a busy road, but the noise didn't bother us inside. We loved sitting on the front deck with our coffee in the morning, and enjoyed the back yard in the evening. We appreciated the fully fenced in back yard for our dog. The home was nicely appointed, the kitchen well stocked, and bathrooms as well. We ran into one issue with the hot water (things happen), but that was quickly resolved. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home!
5/5 We had a wonderful stay in New Haven. This house is immaculate, wonderfully appointed and well stocked- in fact, this was the cleanest short term rental the we’ve ever stayed. This house has it all: views, location and even a nice, fenced in back yard for the dogs!
I read several reviews that mentioned the busy road and it is busy, but it had zero impact on our ability to enter/exit the property and once inside we didn’t even notice.
Overall a wonderful stay and will look for this property first if ever I’m back in the area!

5/5 We were traveling through Connecticut over July 4th and wanted a nice place to bring my sister in law up from the city and get some family time. This house was beyond perfect!! First of all, you can't beat the views this house offers! Indoor and outdoor views of the water with sailboats all around, it was gorgeous! We sat indoors and played games during the day and had wine on the deck in the evenings. There were fireworks all around, so a lot to enjoy without all the crowds. The house has absolutely everything you need. Beautiful kitchen with all of the things you could ever want to cook or entertain. Beautiful dining room to eat meals in and even a grill in the backyard that we used to cook steaks.Beds were super comfortable and one even has incredible water views. Every detail was thought through! The decor was personal and tasteful, and you felt at home, but clearly like it had been designed by an expert.Lastly, and I think the most important, anytime I needed anything there was somebody answering the phone on the other side, who was able to help us. The ice tray in the freezer was a little frozen, so they brought over a bag of ice and left in the freezer for us. Now that is what I call five star attention! My family just kept saying how beautiful the house was, and how they couldn't believe I found it. We strolled along the sidewalk around the sound, which is right across the street and had a very lovely's stay. Awesome!!

Lovely House with Beautiful Sunset Views
4/5 We loved this beautiful house across the street from the ocean which offered lovely sunset views from the upper deck. The house was immaculate and had plenty of space for the two of us. It seems it could easily accommodate 6 people. The property manager and the owner were very responsive to our questions.
