• Very nice place- but pricey

  This is a well appointed house right in front of a bay in New Haven. It is reasonably easy to get to, with lots of amenities close by. However, the advertised $400/ night price is misleading. For our stay, we paid around $650/ night after taxes, fess, etc. While we enjoyed our stay, we would have looked for something else- if we had more time to search.

• Cute stay by the water

  Clean and stylish home by the water. Close to New Haven and the major highways for easy access. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the small details like coffee and shower toiletries! We will be back!

• Beautiful home

  We were in the area for a weekend getaway. This home is wonderful. It has all of its original charm while beautifully remodeled for today’s users creating a comfortable retreat. The speakers, games, coffee nook and outdoor area were all enjoyed. The views from the porch and front room were our so relaxing. The location was convenient to both New Haven for dinners and cute coastal towns we could explore. Thank you for sharing your home.

• Beautiful Home

  Spent the week with my parents. Home was immaculate and well appointed. The views from the 2nd floor deck and from the sun room were amazing. We wanted for nothing during our stay. The dog loved the backyard, and having the gate to close the driveway made it easy to let her out off leash. The cat loved the sun room window ledge. We were all very comfortable.

  Thank you so much for providing us with such a wonderful place to stay. Everyone in my family loved every little bit about the home the convenience of the location the view from the living room the impeccable condition. It was a true joy to stay there and it’s hard to make everyone in my family happy and we all were. The beds were comfortable all the amenities were provided phone, chargers, speakers, coffee what more could you ask for?
