5/5 The house itself was perfect for a weekend in Mystic with our 15M old daughter and my parents. The included towels and linens were a huge bonus as most other rentals require you to bring your own. The guest book was extremely helpful for restaurant recommendations and things to do in Mystic. One suggestion is to increase the amount of basic supplies if that amenity is staying on the listing. There was only one roll of paper towel, no napkins, very limited amount of dishwasher soap/pods. Also, the VRBO listing shows washer/dryer but then the Evolve company says it cannot be used. That should be removed from the listing and closed off if it will not be allowed for guests. But it would be a great addition for use for guests especially those with young kids where laundry is a daily thing. The house is also very close to the highway so the rooms that are on that side of the house can hear the noise at night. A sound machine worked to drown that out for the most part. Overall we really enjoyed our weekend and the house was a great find. We would stay there again.

5/5 Property was lovely and super spacious - beds were really comfy which is key! The host was a great communicator!! One thing to just note is that the house is located right near the highway so you can hear those noises, but it didn’t bother us and obviously nice to be by highway from a travel perspective.

Amazing spot in mystic!
5/5 This property was amazing! The house is massive and perfect for a family, it’s also only 4 minutes from downtown and old mystic. The property management team is helpful if you end up needing them and the property is very clean.
