You're actually ASKING me to comment on my stay?
2/5 We showed up and the cleaner had not been there. She ca;;ed me at 8pm offering to come by immediately. Too late. We'd already cleaned and done the laundry.
Day 3 the power was shut off in the a.m. and restored over 24 hours later.
The owner seemed to mean well, but there was mail overflowing the mailbox. Including a clear return address from the power company. So, if he checked his mail, perhaps we might have had lights, hot water and a working kitchen for all instead of part of the stay.
Nice place in Middletown
4/5 We had a great stay at the beautifully remodeled unit. Place was clean with everything we needed. There is a family who lives in the upper unit and it is very easy to hear people walking around upstairs, only would bother if your a light sleeper. Other than that a great stay.

Wonderful location for Wesleyan Graduation
5/5 Nice, roomy clean with all the basic appliances. Looks like newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Manager Theo very nice to work with. Needed to drive to Wesleyan (instead of walking), but very close and easy. I enjoyed the short walk to Dunkin’ for coffee in the morning. Nice park with basketball courts around the block if you have kids. I would definitely stay again if going there with a group.

Loved everything about this property!
5/5 The apartment is clean and bright -- especially the big kitchen. It all has a relaxing, happy feel. Everything was brand new and worked perfectly.Beds were very comfortable. Laundry room was very handy. Huge TV in the living room was fun for evening movies. Double sink in the bathroom was also handy when my daughter and I were getting ready at the same time!Check-in and owner communication were easy and friendly. Location is convenient to Wesleyan and Middletown, restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend Taino Smokehouse (less than a block away) and Harrie's Jailhouse (a few blocks away). Loved staying here!
